Manage student programs, including tracking student progress/student success against established objectives via technology systems (i.e. Learnspeed); follow up with clients in a timely fashion to communicate progress, issues, etc.
Co-manage staff of 2 (in tandem with department director) to organize and direct test prep activities.
Coordinate complimentary diagnostic/other GEG services consultations (Director, Ed. Consultants, families); identify opportunities to introduce other GEG Academic Services to client.
Develop and/or facilitate test preparation events.
Hire test prep. tutors; manage tutor population to ensure excellent service delivery.
Schedule and proctor diagnostic and practice tests; correct diagnostic and practice tests, share results with clients.
Closely adhere to all established deadlines (i.e. correcting tests, communicating with clients, etc.).
Ensure that appropriate tutor and student materials are available, and manage materials library, ordering books, test materials, etc. as needed.
Update and maintain test prep software.
Develop test prep class curriculum and individualized test prep solutions
Should have experience with microsoft word, excel and google docs
Stay abreast of latest trends/best practices in higher education and share with relevant audiences.
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and minimum 2 years’ experience working in an academic or educational setting.
Knowledge and experience working with secondary and college prep testing (SAT/ACT/SSAT/ISEE) highly desired.
Superb demonstrated client-focused, consultative communication (verbal, written) and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow through, adhering to established guidelines.
Must have excellent technical experience in Microsoft word, excel and google docs.
