The Department of Foreign Languages at the University of Missouri-Kansas City is continuously seeking qualified candidates for part-time foreign language tutor positions.
THE INTENT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO IDENTIFY A POOL OF TUTORS QUALIFIED TO ASSIST PRIMARILY UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ENROLLED IN ELEMENTARY AND INTERMEDIATE FRENCH, GERMAN AND SPANISH COURSES.
Native speaker or advanced non-native speaker of the foreign language, proficient in grammar.
Experience teaching or tutoring English-speaking language learners helpful.
Full Time/Part Time

Tutoring in French, German and Spanish is offered during the regular academic year for students in the department's major programs, 3-12 hours/week, depending on current department needs and funding availability.
